I have to say it’s been one challenging week since my little chi, Angel was killed.

However, my boyfriend, Crowe was absolutely amazing in being there for me. He had a great idea to nurture my soul in nature by going camping as Angel would have wanted that. What was interesting as he was planning the trip – Angel gave us a sign that she was around us because the road we ended up staying was called Chiwawa loop!

The funny thing about this was after calling all around for reservations to get our campsite this was the only one he found available. I started laughing and so did he! Not to mention when we went into town there was a store called “House on Angels.” It felt good to feel her joyful spirit around me because for me there are no coincidences
only signs that nudge us in the right direction or reassure us that everything is ok.

Crowe had thought it would be fun to go white water rafting. I had told him that I had a fear of doing this but would go. That morning as we drove to the place I felt my stomach in knots from being nervous. I was really quiet on the way there as I tend to do this and process things in my mind before facing any kind of fear. I asked myself “What am I really afraid of?” The question came back of “losing control.” It seemed like a metaphor of some sort as I knew this was symbolic of a dance I had to do into with the water.

We had a crew of about 8 people all women except for Crowe. I knew that the female energy would be powerful and positive so that was definitely a bonus for me- and of course my boyfriend that made me feel a little safer. As I got in the boat I was still pretty scared because this is something I had never experienced before and I didn’t know what to expect. Crowe, the seasoned rafter, was very confident so I really had to put my trust and faith in him. As our raft departed from calm waters I turned to everyone and told them I wanted all of us to visualize staying on the raft! They agreed and I felt a little more at ease, but I have to admit I was still scared because I was riding into the unknown.

Then it happened, we hit our first rapid…I closed my eyes and thought of my little Angel being my animal spirit guide protecting me..although if she was in the physical form there was no way she would want to get wet as she was such a diva! (LOL)

After the first one, I was relieved that I was still on the raft yet didn’t know what to expect from the rest of the trip. I finally, just embraced the journey and saw myself feeling good and being safe. The more I let go…the more fun I had and of course the easier it was.

I finally did it…I faced my fear and guess what; I will go back and do it again because it was so much fun. I have to hand it to Crowe as he always comes up with some crazy things for us to do…and just the other day he signed us up to take a trapeze class and yes this is very scary… yet another fear to conquer!

My message to you is this….. see yourself through the fear and just embrace the journey that you are on.

Once you look into the fear it allows you to move and flow through it instead of trying to avoid it. Sometimes being in the unknown is an opportunity to get in touch with ourselves on a much deeper level and that is where the magic can truly unfold.

Here is one of my favorite mantras that I often teach people…
“When I let go..things start to flow”

Some of you know if you are connected to me through Facebook or you are a Quantum Entrepreneur student of the very sad news of my dog being killed this week.

I don’t want to go into the details but she was attacked by another dog and died seconds later. She let out her last little gasp of breath as my boyfriend and I held her. I was in shock that this little spirit was taken away from me so quickly. I cried so much that day as she was so precious to me.

I rescued her when she was 2 years old and remember having tears of joy the night I got her. She was wrapped in a little baby blanket and slept the entire way home on my lap. It only took the next morning where we truly bonded – she licked my face…I knew that this was going to be a very special relationship.

Angel was the kind of dog that had so much energy in a tiny 6lb. body. Every morning she would wake me up so excited to start the day and of course feed her. Angel’s whole body would shake with anticipation as she ran downstairs to eat her food in literally two bites.

Right after she ate she would want to curl up on the couch under a soft, zebra stripped blanket and would make her own little burrow. She only surfaced when I would take a break from my work to go into the kitchen to eat something. I would often find her wagging her little tail in hopes of getting a morsel of food. Her favorite was frozen broccoli. Every time I got a bag of frozen vegetables she was what I call Pavloved because she would come out
of her burrow coma to get a piece every time without fail.

At night she would make like a den animal and crawl under the covers to nestle close to me. My boyfriend, Crowe cherished her as if she was his too. I would see how much he took to her as he often would zip her up in his jacket when she was shivering. Even her pink diva sweater couldn’t stop him from loving this sweet little girl. Not only did he fall in love with me but he fell in love with my little chi.

Last year I had an idea to create Be Like Chi…it would be a series of videos and a simple idea to just be in the NOW and appreciate life just like she did. I had put it on hold but if you go here to see a video and a photo montage.
In time, I will revisit the idea with a new found chi love.

My message to you is don’t take anything for granted.
Live in the moment.
Leave the past behind if it doesn’t serve you.
Appreciate everything you have and everyone in your life furry and non furry.

How attached are you to the outcome of having something going your way when putting out your intentions?

Think about something right now that you really, really want…I mean you want it soooo bad that it has to happen.

Now, that you have that in your mind I want you to get in tune with your body to sense what you are feeling. Do you feel a tension in your shoulders? Or maybe a sinking feeling in your stomach. Really stop to see where the heavy energy shows up in your body. 

Resistance is the #1 thing that keeps people stuck from manifesting their true desires in business or in life.

Let me give you a couple situations:

You are getting ready to close a deal with a client and you feel that it has to happen otherwise you won’t be able to pay your bills.

You just started dating someone and feel desperate to make it work because all the other relationships you have had in the past have failed.

You are stuck in your business and can’t figure out how to attract more clients/sales and you tell yourself if this doesn’t work nothing else will.

You are frustrated with your body and want to look and feel better but no matter what you do nothing works. The frustration sets in and you think the next thing you try has to work or you will never reach your goals.

This is resistance – thinking and feeling this way will always keep you stuck. The secret is to be in the place of letting go and allow yourself to receive. 

Now, I know you are probably saying “But Heather I NEED to pay my bills”! Trust me I have been there, not knowing how I would pay my bills and feeling so much resistance I found myself digging a bigger hole. 

My secret to letting go was when I learned to surrender and that’s when things turned around. I also just accepted my situation. When you can accept where you are at, miracles can and do happen. I remember years ago when my rent was due and I didn’t have the money, I started to panic. I was very fearful and started crying and beating up on myself for even being in the situation. Then in a moment I heard my inner voice saying “Let go…everything will work out,” I released some of my fear and it allowed me to open up to a soul-tion…and within a few days I was able to manifest the money. It was absolutely amazing and it taught me how to really let go in my deepest moments of fear and uncertainty. 

What I love doing now is helping other entrepreneurs look into this fear, let go and show them step-by-step how to create soul-tions by one of the techniques I call a “GPS”. This process allows you to look into the fear, let go, and create a soul-tion. I use this process when things come up both in my business and personal life and it absolutely amazes me every time how easy it really is to let go.

The secret is you have to be in practice of letting go to master it. Of course I always have challenges or bumps in my life but using this process allows me to turn things around faster than ever before in my life!

Have you ever wondered how long it takes something to manifest?
If you find yourself stuck and nothing is working, let me share some insights:

The truth is it depends on many factors like:
Are you holding on to the outcome and creating resistance?

What beliefs do you have around the goal (I don’t deserve this, I fear success,
this will never work, I’ve tried it before what makes this time different…)

Is this something that requires you to breakthrough many layers of your beliefs?
For example “ I want to manifest a cup of coffee”
When you think about that do you believe that’s pretty easy to do? Most likely
you are nodding your head.

However, what if you said this:

“I want to manifest 1 million dollars today”
See how that feels when you think about how believable that is. For most people
they would have trouble believing that this is possible..why? Well you would
have to look into your own beliefs and start digging.

Here would be some of them:
It takes a long time to make that kind of money
It’s unheard of to make a million dollars in a day
People that want to make that kind of money are greedy
My family always struggled with money
Money was perceived as evil in our home growing up.

Now look at something that is more middle ground.
“I want to manifest a trip paid in full to Paris”
Now, even if it feels a little uneasy I bet you think it’s more believable
than manifesting a million dollars in a day..right?
I also want to point out DO NOT be attached to the FORM it comes in!
This is an all time resistance deal breaker. Allow your desires to come
from different channels. This will help you be in the receiving mode…make sense?
One key to manifesting is this…start small and build your manifesting muscles.
That means start with a cup of coffee( or something very small)…then move to the Paris trip…then on and upward. I see too many times people trying to create things in which the beliefs are not yet activated for. In fact one of the processes that teach my Quantum Entrepreneur students is called the Quantum Grid Process. The whole idea behind this was to build your manifesting muscles …when I created the process I was
absolutely amazed how well it worked! Each day I was building my manifesting muscles by ONLY focusing on the small stuff.
Yes, I am a big believer in holding on to the bigger vision….but first you have to
start somewhere. This week practice manifesting a cup of coffee and let me know
how that is working…after all are you really attached to the outcome?
Once you build your manifesting muscles you will see it really takes no time at all
to manifest what you want…as long as you are not attached…I know easier said than
done..but hang in there!
Question: So how long does it take?
Answer: When you let go and BELIEVE IT!

Anytime I want to go to the next level of my business or personal life I am of course
the student again. I don’t want anyone to think that I never have challenges because
believe me I still do. However, since I have the power of the 3 Ps it has helped me to realign with my
desires if I get off track. Don’t be fooled in thinking that someone, no matter how much they know this stuff or how successful they are that their life is perfect.

I feel as we go down our path we do evolve and the veil of illusion becomes thinner.
This makes it easier to deal with the little bumps that come our way and turn things around in our favor.

I want you to take the lesson of the 3 Ps into your heart to see how you can close the gap of your attraction faster than ever before!

Persistence- Don’t think just because you try one time that you are a failure.
If I did that I wouldn’t be where I am at today. I was persistent in finding a way to make it work no matter what…and it paid off. I remember having a conversation with a billionaire and I asked him what was the secret to his riches and one of the things that stood out in my mind was he said he was persistent!

Patience- We live in a fast food manifesting mentality world that we have to have it now. Guess what..it doesn’t work that way. Infinite patience does bring immediate results- that’s something Dr. Wayne Dyer says. When you are coming from impatience it creates a wall of resistance taking you further away from your attraction (in fact you are actually reversing your attraction).

Practice- Be in the practice of doing something every day that will keep you focused on what you want. Whether it be reading a book on manifesting, participating in a class,
listening to a podcast, or meditation. Practice does make Prosperity! (you thought I was going to say perfect)

Picken- I know I said 3 but stick with me (listen to my radio show, read my articles, or join the Quantum Entrepreneur Program) I have a huge prosperity effect that is widely contagious!

I remember having the belief that I had to work hard and struggle
in order to have a successful business… boy was I wrong.

Not only did this not work but it negatively affected the other areas
of my life like my weight, and my relationships. It seemed no matter
what I did I kept attracting more of the same. It was extremely frustrating
and I felt that there was no end in sight. I remember thinking one day
that I didn’t even feel like living… like what was the point if I couldn’t be
happy. It took me a long time to dig myself out of that dark cave where
I was stuck for years.

So what changed for me?

What changed is that I hit rock bottom and couldn’t go any lower… I lost everything. This feeling was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever felt and that I somehow let myself down and others around me. I will never forget that night crying in the middle of the night at 3am covered in tears and fear of the unknown.

I somehow managed to pick myself up and vow that I was going to make it no matter what… and I was going to do whatever it takes. This was empowering and gave me the fuel to launch my desires beyond what I ever imagined. The moral of this story is I know how you feel. I have felt your pain and went through the hardships for years. The only difference between me and you is that I made the DECISION to change and FOCUS on what I wanted and got help.

I also realized that working on weekends and every single minute was taking away from my spirit so I decided to have more fun. I even came up with a little phrase and it goes like this – “When I have fun…the money comes!” I would say that every time I would go out and start laughing and it worked!. Money started to come to me when I was having fun. I thought that was very interesting and I realized the importance of having fun and attracting money. I even developed a whole tool kit of fun manifesting techniques for my coaching programs that people absolutely love.

Here are some shifting techniques…

1- Make a decision that you want to change.

2- Create your own fun mantra like I did..then go do something fun. (It doesn’t have to cost you anything either…it could be as simple as watching this silly video right here)

3-Connect with the feeling when you are laughing. This will allow more of the manifesting vibe to flow through your body in attracting more of what you do want.

I know you know it all.

That’s what your ego told me…right?

check..because I am NOT talking about your ego’s perceived reality)
This is where you shifting your perception creates miracles!
Just like you I had an ego that knew it all..yes I have read it, heard it before…
blah..blah..but NOTHING WAS HAPPENING!
When I surrendered and told my ego to take a hike it allowed me to be
open to new opportunities that were beyond what I ever imagined.
You see you don’t know ANYTHING unless you are living it.
You don’t know how to manifest money unless you have it.

I say this with love in my heart for everyone that has an ego that needs a
Quantum Reality Check!

How do you shut up your ego?

Step 1: Acknowledge that you DON”T know it all.

Step 2: Accept where you are at no matter what.
This means with all the debt and lack of money just accept it.

Step 3: Affirm that you are willing to change and do whatever it
takes. (This will allow you to take a HUGE Quantum Leap)

Step 4: Find a mentor/group that can give you support. (This was the
best investment that allowed me to generate a 6 figure business in
little over 6 months).

Ok, have I got your attention?

I just received a flyer the other day at my house with that headline.

When you think about it….it’s so true. You spend so much time doing things that are unnecessary that will take you away from your goal.

Additionally, you have thoughts, beliefs, and emotions that are focused in the wrong direction.

If you are building your business are you trying to take on everything by yourself and feel overwhelmed? How much is your time worth?

I know what you are saying..”I don’t have the money to hire someone!” If you are telling yourself this understand that you are creating a LIMITING BELIEF.

To help you shift these why not say ….”How can I get more help in my business?” (How does that feel now?)

Asking the right questions allows you free up the energy and be open up to possibilities that you never even thought about.

I want you to think about your situation right now and right down the 5 most negative things that you are saying about your situation then rewrite them with 5 new empowering magnetic questions!

I know all about getting stuck….trust me.

In fact, for years I was stuck in my business, relationships, and body. It seemed like no matter what I did I would get stuck and stay there and it was not a fun place. One of the things I love helping entrepreneurs with is getting unstuck because it so easy to get stuck and not so easy to get out unless you have the right tools and can apply them.

I want to address one of the stuck issues that most entrepreneurs have and it’s only seeing one perspective. Let me give you an example.

You: I am so stuck and I am just getting by in my business.

Me: What have you done to get unstuck?

You: I try thinking positive but nothing is working.

Me: It’s not about thinking positive..it’s how you are looking at the situation. So why do you think you are stuck?

You: I always felt I had to struggle. I come from a family where paying your dues is something you do to get ahead.

Me: Do you realize that is a belief they have imposed on you and that you don’t have to accept that as truth?

Being stuck is a CHOICE.

Once you realize you have been taking on other people’s beliefs you can change. The problem is trying to do it on your own is very hard. I know I tried reading every book I could get my hands on and it didn’t work.

What worked was having a mentor or being in a program that could give me the support I needed. It’s the fastest way to get unstuck. I didn’t have the money at the time but I knew NOTHING was going to change unless I affirmed that I would change and would do ANYTHING to make it happen. Once I AFFIRMED that I was going to do it the money came to me to pay for the program.

Then I went to the next level and hired a coach for one on one mentoring which was way out of my price range, ($15,000) so I could move faster and take an even bigger leap in my business. Whoa, did that feel extremely uncomfortable but again…I AFFIRMED that I would be able to pay it and had no idea how that was going to happen and it did.

I even had a $20,000 debt that I had only been able to pay the interest on for years and finally I was able to pay that off. I remember agonizing over it and every time I would think about the debt my stomach would knot up. It was when I DECIDED that I would SHIFT my focus to abundance and prosperity that I paid it off in less than 6 months with more money in the bank then I ever had in my entire life!

Let me tell you to get unstuck you don’t even have to be the smartest person. I struggled through high school with a C average. Then, when I went to college I almost got kicked out my first year! IQ has nothing to do with how much money you can make.

I know there are surveys out there telling you that educated people typically make more money which I would agree but not entirely. I know people that have graduated at the top of their class and are jobless or making very little.

In fact, my father graduated from college with a C average and created a very successful fiberglass business which now he just sold and travels all around the world. It’s funny because even with his success I was still stuck and couldn’t figure out how to get out of it until I AFFIRMED I was going to find a way no matter what!

What keeps most people stuck is that you’re looking at the lack instead of creating prosperity and they refuse to get help. It’s a slow climb trying to do this without someone who can guide you and get you out of your own way. If you have been stuck for more than a few months and are not getting help then it’s a good chance you will stay there. I am giving you a wake-up call and permission to start taking charge of your life and stop giving yourself excuses. You deserve to be happy and prosperous and you don’t have to do it alone..I promise.

Being stuck is a choice..so what is yours?

If you find yourself feeling like there is no hope I suggest you let go and surrender.
In my deepest, darkest days I remember thinking that I didn’t even want to live.
I was so upset for what I didn’t have and living off of credit cards with feeling there
was no end in sight was very difficult for me. I kept beating myself up and asking
“How did I get here?” and “Why am I not where I want to be?”

Looking back at this situation I was in denial that I created that situation and was 100%
responsible for getting myself out of it too. It took what I like to call a MIRACLE and
a huge intention to change things around for me and my business. Not only was my business
suffering but I was in a lousy relationship as well. It definitely took a toll on me mentally, physically,
emotionally, and spiritually.

Nothing changed until…..

I met the person that could help me change. I was holding a deck of intentional cards and shuffling them in my lowest of low points not knowing where I could turn to..I just need a SIGN that everything
was going to be ok..that I could go on with my life and business..to do what I was meant to do in my lifetime. Then there it was…the card that I pulled from the deck was “This is a sign…let all your worries
go as help is on its way!” This was the exact glimmer of hope that I needed to hold on to my dreams.
About a week later I met the person that changed my life and my business forever! It took me about
3 months to transform my business to success ..this is something that I had been working on for years
and couldn’t seem to break through the barriers that were keeping me stuck no matter how many books
I read, how much I meditated..NOTHING worked. Yes, it was my miracle moment and I vowed that
I would help each entrepreneur that came across my path with my teaching and coaching system.

Here’s what I realized:

You can’t change what you are not aware of

You need to affirm that you want change that is for your highest good no matter what it takes.

You need to hire a coach or get into a program because if you have been stuck for this long…what do you think is really going to change?

You need to have a plan of action (this is beyond traditional goal setting..which really is ineffective..you know what I mean because you are saying “I know what to do but I am not doing it.”)

You have to forgive yourself and others so you can move forward.

Focus on CREATING MONEY not debt. Stop thinking about your debts this will only give you more lack.
I know you may owe a lot of money but you need to move past this otherwise you will get stuck in the sea of lack and drown!

You need to have something that drives you every day that will give you the fire and desire to succeed. I had 2 things. One being my intentional ring that I still wear today that says “Be true to your dreams” the other is the song by Journey called “Don’t Stop Believing.”
