How attached are you to the outcome of having something going your way when putting out your intentions?

Think about something right now that you really, really want…I mean you want it soooo bad that it has to happen.

Now, that you have that in your mind I want you to get in tune with your body to sense what you are feeling. Do you feel a tension in your shoulders? Or maybe a sinking feeling in your stomach. Really stop to see where the heavy energy shows up in your body. 

Resistance is the #1 thing that keeps people stuck from manifesting their true desires in business or in life.

Let me give you a couple situations:

You are getting ready to close a deal with a client and you feel that it has to happen otherwise you won’t be able to pay your bills.

You just started dating someone and feel desperate to make it work because all the other relationships you have had in the past have failed.

You are stuck in your business and can’t figure out how to attract more clients/sales and you tell yourself if this doesn’t work nothing else will.

You are frustrated with your body and want to look and feel better but no matter what you do nothing works. The frustration sets in and you think the next thing you try has to work or you will never reach your goals.

This is resistance – thinking and feeling this way will always keep you stuck. The secret is to be in the place of letting go and allow yourself to receive. 

Now, I know you are probably saying “But Heather I NEED to pay my bills”! Trust me I have been there, not knowing how I would pay my bills and feeling so much resistance I found myself digging a bigger hole. 

My secret to letting go was when I learned to surrender and that’s when things turned around. I also just accepted my situation. When you can accept where you are at, miracles can and do happen. I remember years ago when my rent was due and I didn’t have the money, I started to panic. I was very fearful and started crying and beating up on myself for even being in the situation. Then in a moment I heard my inner voice saying “Let go…everything will work out,” I released some of my fear and it allowed me to open up to a soul-tion…and within a few days I was able to manifest the money. It was absolutely amazing and it taught me how to really let go in my deepest moments of fear and uncertainty. 

What I love doing now is helping other entrepreneurs look into this fear, let go and show them step-by-step how to create soul-tions by one of the techniques I call a “GPS”. This process allows you to look into the fear, let go, and create a soul-tion. I use this process when things come up both in my business and personal life and it absolutely amazes me every time how easy it really is to let go.

The secret is you have to be in practice of letting go to master it. Of course I always have challenges or bumps in my life but using this process allows me to turn things around faster than ever before in my life!

This is such a hot topic right now and it’s getting people very emotional which I can certainly understand.

How about asking yourself this instead….
“How can I create money?”

If you are still living with a poverty conscious which that question indicates above you are not alone. Once you realize that YOU are the source of MONEY.
YOU are in fact MONEY. Everything that you are aligning yourself with is either positive or negative energy. If you are asking poverty questions you will get back poverty answers.

Money is your friend and it wants to be around you, so it’s important that you cherish the friend that you have right now.

Here are 4 ways to get money coming to you:

When you have actual cash what do you do with it?
Do you crumble it in a ball or do your neatly stack in with all the bills facing the same way?

I make sure I line it up and if I am folding it, I make sure it’s very nice and neat. I think of it as my good friend that is always there.

1. Take care of your money and it will stick around..in fact you will make new money friends…whose names are Andrew, and Benjamin.

2. Surround yourself with fun energy. Yes fun energy ATTRACTS money like crazy!!!

Then there is what I call my manifesting ring!!! I love this one..and every time I wear it I feel and notice the difference! Why? Because it’s fun!

When I work too much I notice my money friend slipping away for a bit.

3. Let go of it. If you have ever been dating someone when they are constantly smothering you…you feel trapped and want to get out..and get out fast. Well, trying to hoard your money is no way to allow it to grow. You need to keep the flow going by investing in yourself. Some of these ideas are with programs or coaching in order for money to come back strong and wanting more.

4. Give from the heart. Anytime you are struggling with money ask yourself when was the last time I gave any? I don’t care if it’s a quarter learn how to give from your heart to allow more to come back to you..it is a universal law that will make you rich inside and out!

How The Law of Attraction Is Always Working The Law of Attraction is always working. Most of the time it is working by default, which means you are unconsciously putting out the energy of attracting consciously you tell yourself that you don’t want. You are creating your reality either by default or by deliberate intention.

I feel this is the missing secret that people don’t seem to get. Let me give you an example of how The Law of Attraction is always working. You hate your job and feel that you are not getting paid what you feel you are worth. Everyday you wake up thinking how much you hate your job and how miserable your life is. As a result, you find that during your day you are attracting situations that are negative. You constantly get sick and everything around you seems to make you upset in an instant. This is your own energy that you are contributing to and that is radiating out into world.

If you think this isn’t true and that life is just hard, which most people do then you will keep perpetuating this situation. It’s up to you to understand that you are a powerful creator and that you can tap into your own energy to work with the Law of Attraction in being a deliberate creator for your life that is lived with passion and purpose instead of one that is dull and dismal.

The reason why it’s important to understand that The Law of Attraction is always working is because if you are sick about staying at your current level of income, overwhelmed with bills, and want to move to another level then you need to shift out of your negative ways.

Here are 3 powerful ways to shift out of your negative ways to work in attracting what you want into your life:

1. Awareness- Being aware of what you are thinking is important.

2. Develop a different way of thinking- If how you are thinking isn’t working now in your life, it’s important to think more positively. That’s not to say that you won’t ever be negative because we all have these emotions show up. The key is to balance your emotions instead of feeling powerless.

3. Be clear on your intentions- Most people do not know what they want. If you don’t know what you want you stay stuck in that energy. Decide what you want and put your intentions to work for you instead of against you.

We now have scientific evidence that reveals how your thoughts create our reality for those that are still skeptical of the Law Of Attraction. We can look at this from Bruce Lipton’s work in his book "Biology of Belief". He shows proof how our thinking and emotions affect our cells. Sometimes it takes a sequence of events in order for us to start changing our old ways of thinking and doing.
